Tucker Carlson Calls Out Antifa Protests As Coordinated, Political Propaganda (VIDEO)

Published

on

Did you notice the way that the far left snapped back into protest mode tonight, as if they were just waiting for this moment?

Tucker Carlson did.

During his opening monologue tonight, Carlson acknowledged that the Tyre Nichols video was awful, but he also pointed out that the far left’s reaction, and Antifa specifically, is in many ways just a propaganda campaign that magically gets trotted out whenever they’re needed.

Carlson suggests there is nothing organic about it.

Here’s a partial transcript, via FOX News:

That propaganda campaign, like all propaganda campaigns, is by definition dishonest, but it’s more than that. It’s worse than that. This is yet another attempt by our leaders of our country to inflame racial hatred in the United States. Why would anyone ever do that? The consequences of doing that ripple through the generations.

They don’t go away quickly, but they’re doing it anyway. Why? We can’t say for certain, but we can’t help but notice that the last time we had race riots in this country, a president, an incumbent president, lost reelection. There was a point.

So, Joe Biden, if he weren’t senile, might be concerned by this, but whatever the intent of lying about what you just saw might be, we know that it’s evil and we are beginning to suspect that the violence expected in Memphis tonight is not organic.

It’s not just outraged people taking to the streets. Why are we guessing that? Because similar violence is also expected tonight in cities across the country.

As we speak, Antifa is coordinating riots on both coasts and in between. That would include Seattle and Portland, Oregon, and Los Angeles, California, as well as Atlanta, Georgia, New York City, suburban Washington, D.C., etc., etc.. Barricades are going up right now in Times Square.

The NYPD is worried about attacks on police and potentially public transportation. “Our rage is stronger than their power,” declared the Antifa chapter in Frederick, Maryland.

Watch the video below:

Tucker’s point is well made. We have all seen this movie before and we know how it ends.

The left gave their game away a few years ago.

Calls Grow For Congress To Pass Police Reform After Tyre Nichols Video

Published

on

Everyone from President Biden to Sens. Murphy and Booker has called for the passage of police reform after video footage of the police murder of Tyre Nichols was released.

Sen. Booker (D-NJ) said in a statement provided to PoliticusUSA, “Although Senate action on policing reform has proven difficult, from the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act to more targeted reforms, I will never stop working to build a broad coalition to enact the changes that will make our nation safer, stronger, and more just. In the coming days as this new Congress is beginning, I will be renewing my legislative efforts to advance the reform we need and that Americans are demanding.”

Sen. Murphy said (D-CT), “Under no circumstances should the outcome of a routine traffic stop be the death of an innocent Black man. 32 years after the nation was transfixed by eerily similar footage of the beating of Rodney King, it’s time to ask: have we made any progress at all? Last year, killings by the police in the United States reached an all-time high. Congress must recognize that without systemic reform that addresses the root causes of this violence, Tyre’s death will just be one of over a thousand fatal police interactions in 2023.”

President Biden called on Congress to act, “We must do everything in our power to ensure our criminal justice system lives up to the promise of fair and impartial justice, equal treatment, and dignity for all. Real and lasting change will only come if we take action to prevent tragedies like this from ever happening again. That is why I called on Congress to send the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act to my desk.”

If Americans protest for a few days or weeks and then forget, nothing will change. The American people need to pressure Congress to act, and if House and Senate Republicans won’t act, voters need to elect members of the House and Senate who will have the courage to pass police reform.

Supporting law enforcement doesn’t mean supporting police brutality, which is a distinction that Republicans are certain to blur in the coming days.

LOL! Adam Schiff Slammed With Ethics Complaint Over Ad One Day After Announcing Senate Bid

Published

on

In his quest for power, this week, pencil-necked Rep. Adam Schiff announced a bid for the Senate seat currently held by Dianne Feinstein, before she has even announced her retirement.

In a hilarious turn of events, he was hit with an ethics complaint just one day later.

Schiff used video footage of himself going after Trump on the Senate floor, but the video is considered a government video and not his to use.

The Washington Examiner reports:

Adam Schiff faces ethics complaint for political ad one day after announcing Senate campaign

Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) is facing an early obstacle to his 2024 Senate bid after a nonprofit ethics organization filed a complaint to the Office of Congressional Ethics accusing the California Democrat of using government resources to boost himself politically.

Schiff announced his intent to run for Senate on Thursday, releasing a campaign video that featured video from then-President Donald Trump’s first impeachment trial in 2019, of which Schiff was the lead prosecutor. The ad prompted a complaint from the Foundation for Accountability and Civic Trust, which requested the Office of Congressional Ethics to investigate whether Schiff “abused official resources for political purposes.”

“In the present case, Rep. Schiff is clearly using official government video for campaign purposes in violation of federal law and the House ethics rules,” the group wrote in a letter to the Ethics Office on Friday. “The Office of Congressional Ethics is responsible for ensuring each Representative fulfills the public trust inherent in the office and that they comply with the House’s ethical standards. Therefore, we urge the Board to immediately investigate whether Representative Schiff used official resources for campaign purposes in violation of the House ethics rules.”

In his campaign announcement, Schiff used video of him speaking on the Senate floor during Trump’s impeachment proceedings. Ethics rules prohibit members from using government resources in their campaign materials, which include photographs or videos taken from inside the House or Senate.

This is the ad in question. You can see he uses more than one clip from the impeachment hearings. Hilariously, he also includes a clip of Trump calling him a pencil neck.

The people of California may actually make this clown a senator. It’s pathetic and sad.
